Step 2: Meet & Greet Consultation
In this meeting, we will learn about your furry loved one’s daily routine and specific needs. You will provide a short tour of where we can find all your pet’s favorite toys, food and supplies.
Next, we will go through any home care needs you may need – trash taken out, mail brought in, lighting rotated, plants watered, etc.. We’ll finish by going over the various authorization forms, and we will show you how to set up your own unique pet sitting portal. Here, you can request future services, keep your pet’s vaccinations and information up to date, and submit/ view payments and billing information.
Before we leave, please provide us with two working keys. If paying by cash or check, we accept the payment at the consultation. If paying by credit card, your payment will be taken the first day of service.
Step 3: Reservation/Confirmation
You will be sent a detailed quote of all your service details shortly after our meet & greet. Should you need to make any changes prior to your service, you can do so online (48 hour minimum notice). We will send you a final confirmation and now you can rest assured your furry loved ones will be well taken care of while you are away.
Step 4: You’re now a Chico’s Chum!
Re-booking is piece of cake. Just log-in to your client portal and request your needed services. There’s no need for a second consultation unless things have changed considerably in your household.
