To ensure reliable, consistent care for every pet we serve in Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto, and North Austin, we’ve outlined a few simple policies below. Holiday Bookings

Due to increased demand, each visit on the following holidays will include a $5 fee.

  • New Year’s Eve (after 6 PM)

  • New Year’s Day

  • Easter

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Eve (after 6 PM)

  • Christmas Day

 

Late Payment Policy

Payment is expected BEFORE the service begins. If payment is not received by start of service, please contact us immediately. A late fee may apply.  

 

Our Simple & Fair Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected things can sometimes cause plans to change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate schedule changes when possible. When you schedule with us, a block of time on our route is held exclusively for your pet. Because our schedule often fills quickly—especially during holiday and busy travel seasons—late cancellations may leave your reserved spot empty with little opportunity to offer it to another family. Our cancellation policy helps us manage those situations fairly for everyone. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Fees:

  • 2 days prior to service: No charge, 100% refund

  • Within 24 hours of scheduled service: $24

  • Within 48 hours of scheduled service during holidays: $48
